At TGS Studio we're all about making sure you love your purchase. Before you even experience our products, we want you to feel confident in your choice. That's why we've made returning items straightforward, should you need to, within a 14-day period post-purchase.

How to make a return:

1. Send an email to info@thegoalsstudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Mention if you'd prefer a refund or store credit.
2. Send the item back to us within those 14 days, in unused state (undamaged, tags intact). Please hold onto your shipping receipt.
3. After we verify the item's pristine condition, we'll issue a refund through your initial payment method.

Note: Sale items can't be refunded, but we're open to size exchanges or giving you store credit. This applies to products bought during sales or with discount codes, except the 10% off for newsletter subscription.

Looking to exchange something?

No problem if the fit isn't perfect. We're here for size swaps or store credit if we're out of the size you need.

Pleas follow the following steps: 

1. Email us at info@thegoalsstudio.com- include your order number, exchange reason, and the new size you're after.
2. Return the item in its original state within 14 days, keeping your return slip.
3. Once we inspect the item, we'll carry out the exchange. Just a heads up, we don't refund original shipping fees.

Got a faulty item?

Our quality checks are rigorous, but if something slipped past us, we want to sort it out pronto. Contact us right away with your order number if there's an issue. Report the problem within 30 days of your order for a replacement or store credit, and we'll handle all associated costs, including the return shipping.
