At The Goals Studio, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving the item to request a return. 

To be eligieble for a return, your items must be the same condition you received it in, unopened and in its original packaging. 

Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@thegoalsstudio.com within 30 days of your purchase.

Clearly state the reason for your refund request and provide any relevant details that will assist us in resolving the issue promptly.

Original shipping charges will be subtracted from the refund or credit if the total of the returned items reduces the original order total below the free shipping threshold.

Refund Process

 

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the status of your refund as soon as possible.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
